Description:

Responsibilities:

The Work Management Manager will be responsible for the Nuclear Work Management action plans and tasks required to strengthen the identified weaknesses in organization, process, procedures and programs as defined. This role will take strategic direction from the Nuclear Recovery Director but is responsible to the Manager-Nuclear Outage and Planning.  This assignment will be temporary to support the plant recovery with an estimated time frame of approximately 24 months.  After that time, this person will rotate in to other job functions and perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Requirements:

- 8 years of work management related experience.
- Demonstrated experience/expertise in the assigned nuclear functional discipline.
- Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to represent the plant and company with regulatory authorities.
- Strong team building skills.
- Negotiating skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

8 years of work management related experience may be substituted for preferred education.

Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
