Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Engineering Department from an administrative and a technical perspective while upholding the company’s values ensuring the department performs as members of a team.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (mechanical, chemical, civil, environmental, industrial, nuclear, mining or science such as chemistry, biology, physics, math with BSME highly preferred) Also considered: Graduation from the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School (coupled with any 4 year degree).
  • Desire to work in an ASME Pressure Vessel Weld Shop.
  • ASME and AUTOCAD experience.
  • Ability to travel and help build a newer team.
  • Experience interfacing with Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering Departments.
  • Five year’s Engineering Management experience, at a minimum, as a top-notch technical in a value-add solutions capital equipment manufacturing environment (ie pumps, motors, chemicals, monitoring equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, HVAC, remediation, construction services,  boilers, process machinery, etc.).
  • Industry experience to include management of both projects and people.
  • Authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship)
